第二届国际肖像漫画展在中国浙江省嵊州市举行。
The Second International Caricature Portrait Exhibition 2021 will take place in Shengzhou, Zhejiang Province China.
展出时间2021年11月12日至11月21日
Time of exhibition: Nov. 12th to Nov. 21st 2021
截稿时间2021年9月30日
Deadline for contributing: Sep. 30th 2021

（展览主题：平和，友好，幽默，欢笑，以科技，文化，体育，等知名人士为主。）
(Theme of the exhibition: Peace, Friendship, Humor. Using celebrities in technology, culture, sports and etc. as main characters)
入选作品将编入本届画册，连同入选证书赠送给阁下。（此届展览不接受手绘，故取消收藏费用）
The selected contributions will be published as an album and sent to the authors with the certificate. ( Hand-painted and hand-drawn are unacceptable, so the collecting fee is canceled.)
