Notice on the publication of "Selected Works of Portraits"

Due to the impact of the new crown epidemic, the second annual (Shengzhou, China) International Portrait and Comic Exhibition originally scheduled to be held on November 12, 2021 will be postponed. The specific time will be notified by the organizing committee.
In 2021, the second Shengzhou International Portrait and Comic Exhibition received 3150 submissions, and a total of 33 submissions were selected including China, Russia, Italy, Macedonia, Uruguay, Egypt, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Japan, Israel, and Iran. 273 works from countries and regions were selected, and 32 works were awarded the Excellence Award. In general, the participating countries and art levels surpassed the first Beijing in 2018.
In order to further expand the impact of this year's comics event, taking advantage of the delay, the organizing committee specially solicits contributions from the domestic and foreign art circles, especially those who have been selected and awarded in the comics circles. All contributions will be compiled into the book "Selected Works of Portraits and Comics-The Second International Portrait and Comic Festival in Shengzhou, China in 2021".
The activities of this manga festival are composed of exhibitions, seminars, and collections.
Manuscript requirements:
1. Including the insights and experience of portrait cartoons.
2. The creative experience of my award-winning works and selected works this year.
3. The creative experience of the ancient characters in the "Road of Tang Poetry"
4. No genre, no sensitive topics, essays, essays, testimonials, and photos with attached files.
5. Deadline on November 30, 2021.
