Pen Broken Pen Poster and Cartoon Painting-graphic photography Festival-2021

Its theme is the pen and Broken pen, as an artistic tool, and artistic expression in exile.

The exhibit is open to every technique. Each participant could present up to 2 pieces. Each piece should be 2000 pixels in length and width and in jpeg format with 300 dpi. The full name, a resume, a photograph, and a short biography of the artist should be submitted. Each participant must accept the perspolic right to use his or her submission in its future publications and exhibitions.
